The Lanig "Pot", a small Breton family company exploits a natural food resource, nutritionally rich, sustainable and still little consumed: the seaweed. Delicious cooked dishes (pan-fried) combine the nature and current expectations of consumers.

Lanig's pan fried pans are vegetarian, organic and Breton cooked dishes made from seaweed. The recipes are balanced in nutrients (proteins, fibers ...), low caloric and without added salt! Dulse is an abundant red algae on the Breton coast. It is particularly rich in protein and vitamin C. With a subtle texture and a pronounced marine taste, it gives character to the pan!

Our recipes are enjoyed alone or can accompany a fish or a meat. Heat 1 min in the pan or microwave (open the bag 2cm beforehand) and it's ready!
