The Lanig "Pot", a small Breton family company exploits a natural food resource, nutritionally rich, sustainable and still little consumed: the seaweed. Delicious cooked dishes (pan-fried) combine the nature and current expectations of consumers.

Lanig's pan fried pans are vegetarian, organic and Breton cooked dishes made from seaweed. The recipes are balanced in nutrients (proteins, fibers ...), low caloric and without added salt! The Royal Kombu is a brown seaweed caught off our Brittany coasts whose water quality is exceptional. Very rich in minerals and proteins, Royal Kombu is also known for its small iodized taste.

Our recipes are enjoyed alone or can accompany a fish or a meat. Heat 1 min in the pan or microwave (open the bag 2cm beforehand) and it's ready!
