Apricot Jam with fructose
Gold Medal during the 2013 Paris International Agricultural Show. Cooked with "bulida" apricots which are big flavored fruits with a firm flesh, this must of jams seduced the jury at the Show. Comments: « Good stability, flavored and with a good lenght on the palate » - 2013. History: we can say today, that the apricot is cultivated since more than 5 000 years in China, and we can find it in the Himalaya. Rich in vitamin A, B, C, it is a strangthener for nerves, but it also helps fixing the brain cells, that is why we love workig with it in our jams.
